Branza feta cu salata mediteraniana si humus

Am  sa va impartasesc o reteta de post  delicioasa si in acelasi timp sanatoasa .
Branza feta o cunoastem cu toti ca nu e prea gustoasa, dar daca o prajiti ( e mult spus) intr-o picatura de ulei de masline si daca aveti o strop de sos de soia ( eu nu aveam in casa, la momentul respectiv) devine pe loc delicioasa.

Ne trebuie:
branza feta afumata in saramura
o jumt. lingurita ulei masline
sos soia(optional)...citeste toata reteta

humus( l-am luat gata preparat)
salata verde, ceapa verde,
rosii, sare, lamaie
o conserva de boabe porumb
o conserva boabe fasole
castraveti , masline
ulei masline ptr. salata, busuioc

Prima data ,scoateti bz. feta din ambalaj, si o puneti pe un servetel de hartie pentru a mai absorbi din apa.
Apoi ,incalziti o tigaie si puneti jumatatea de lingurita de ulei masline.Taiati calupul de feta in felii potrivite la grosime, si le puneti in tigaie. Lasati pe prima parte 3 min, iar cand o intoarceti, 2 min.

Scoateti pe un servetel pentru a absorbi uleiul.
Pregatiti salata: desfaceti salata, foaie cu foaie si clatiti fff. bine in apa rece.Nu taiati cu, cutitul ci preferati sa o rupeti in bucati.
Taiati rosiile si castravetii felii.
Desfacetii conservele si clatiti bine boabele.
Stoarceti lamaia si faceti un dresing ,amestecand sucul de lamaie cu ulei de masline, sare si un pic de busuioc.

Intr-un vas de sticla, amestecati legumele si turnati dresingul.
Puneti deasupra feliile de feta, si serviti pe farfurie cu humus si paine prajita.
